How To Purchase:
Our Online Boutique is available 24 hours a day and we process orders sometimes the same day.
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an acknowledgement via email.
Payment Methods:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Your order is shipped:
Each piece is custom handmade to order. Due to high volume of orders, please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks
for your piece to be made then shipped. Orders received on weekends will be processed on Monday.
Our hours are from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm Western Standard Time, Monday though Friday.
Shipping Method:
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Average delivery time within the US is 1-3 business days.
Average delivery time for International orders is 6-10 business days.
Please note the actual USPS shipping time does not reflect when your piece of jewelry is ready for shipment.
It is the transportation time it will take for your piece to get to you from us.
Sales Tax:
As of April 1st, 2009 all orders shipping to California are subject to 9.25% Sales Tax.
Returns & Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied within the first 15 days of receiving the order, we will refund
the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges within 48 days of receiving the returned
item. Merchandise must be undamaged and in the original packaging. All returns and exchanges MUST be
accompanied with the Return Request Form.
Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges two weeks after you receive your order. Also, we will
not accept a returned item without the Return Request Form. All returns and exchanges are up to the discretion
of BELQUISE, and are accepted providing the jewelry is unused and returned in it’s original condition.

• Securely pack the jewelry piece with the copy of your RETURN REQUEST FORM.

Terms:
• BELQUISE reserves the right to cancel any order in full or in part for any reason whatsoever.
• BELQUISE reserves the right to impose a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase amount for canceled
or returned orders.
Jewelry Care:
Any plating can be damaged from contact with anything containing alcohol, chlorine and derivatives.
DO NOT USE JEWELRY CLEANER.
